Texas Oak Gift Cards will be e-gift cards obtained via email and should be treated as cash. Gift Cards will be issued in AUD (Australian Dollars) and only valid for the online store, www.texasoak.online. Texas Oak Gift Cards are not valid at any stockist that carried Texas Oak stock and are not redeemable for cash or travellers cheques. No charge will be applied when purchasing an order with a Gift Card. Texas Oak Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and it is the responsibility of the recipient of the Gift Card to use the entire amount of the Gift Card within in the 12 month validity period. Texas Oak will not issue a reminder to any entity (Entity who purchased the Gift Card or the entity who receives the gift card.) Texas Oak Gift Cards can be used in partial or in full. Any unused balance on the Gift Card will not be refunded or credited after expiry. When the cost of the order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the card holder is required to make up the difference with an alternate method of payment. Texas Oak disclaims all responsibility for lost or stolen Gift Cards. All Gift Cards are the responsibility of the recipient or card holder.
