REFUND

Have you changed your mind? No problem.

Make sure you meet the criteria below to qualify for a refund.  Please note only full priced items qualify for a full refund.  Refunds are granted within 30 days of the order dispatch date.  After 30 days, an exchange or gift card can be issued.

The original receipt is required for all refunds and exchanges and cannot be completed without proof of purchase.  All items must be in it’s original condition, unused, unworn and unwashed with all of the original tags intact.

To return your items via mail:
1. Download the returns form here and fill it out.
2. Please attach your receipt to the returns form.
3. Securely package your items.
4. Post your return to:

DISCLAIMER: Texas Oak are not liable for any damage or lost items being returned, therefore, we recommend that you mail the items via a trackable method of postage as customers are responsible for the return postage costs.

You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed for the receipted price. Please allow up to 2 weeks (14 days) for your account to be credited.


EXCHANGE

Something isn’t quite right….help!

For items that you wish to exchange due to change of mind reasons or you require a change of size, please ensure you meet the following criteria to qualify. Please note that full priced items and sale items qualify for an exchange. Exchanges are granted up to 30 days of the dispatch date.
